Hello, For the moment I want to do simulated trading. I have no problem to trade in Sim mode ES. But I can't trade FXM20 (Euro stoxx). The DOM doesn't have any bid/ask quotes and the chart shows data from a few hours ago. I have purchased Service package 5. Do I have access to FXM20 data or am I experiencing some technical difficulty? |

Since you are not using any other external source for the EUREX data. You only have access to historical EUREX data. Sierra Chart does provide streaming delayed data including Market Depth for the CME Group of Exchanges. Other exchanges are delayed data (not streaming) and do not include the Market Depth. The non-CME data is going to be 10-15 minutes behind the market and will update at most every 20 minutes. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: Introduction To get the real-time data for the EUREX, then you would have to subscribe to the exchange, which would require using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
