Feature request: Volume by Price; Side by Side profiles; fixed width

When stacking volume profiles side by side e.g. right align & align to far right using a percentage of window width combined with displaying volume in bars, it is possible for volume profiles to overwrite each other depending upon the volume bar length. This renders the text of the 'lower' volume profile unreadable. It would be very helpful if when using a percentage of window width if the volume profile had this amount of window space reserved, or that the text width of the displayed volume in bars was taken into account. |

This has been implemented with a new Input for the Volume by Price study called "Use Defined Width for Side-by-Side Profiles on Right'. When this is set to "Yes", then this profile will keep the same width as the bars are moved up and down out of the visible area. Note that this would need to be set for each profile on the right side to have all of them work in this way. This change will be in the next Pre-Release (v 2178).
