Trading on HKEX from a location in Asia, how do I ensure that none of my data and trading flow goes via Chicago/USA:

1. Incoming realtime data
2. Outgoing orders, incoming confirmations
3. FCM risk server

#1 & 2: via the SC Singapore server? (Server 5, routing to TT Singapore)
#3: by using a broker in country I am trading from? Or at least within Asia.

Seeing as I can't trade JPX locally in Asia using SC (yet), I am setting up for HKEX in the meantime.

If this works, I can then add CME data from the SC exchange, via TT Sing.

Then wait patiently for JPX to come online with a Sierra/TT local Japan server, using Denali (Upcoming Data Feed Plans).

Our recommendation is to stay with CQG for Asian markets trading because the data from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is still going to go through Chicago at this time.

It is part of our upcoming plans to offer Hong Kong futures out of Hong Kong but that is not yet in place.

Understood. But CQG isn't working out either.

My hurdle: I cant yet find a combination of CQG and broker which allows me to use Sierra Chart and keep all data flow local in Asia. Unless I use IBKR data, a bad idea.

- Asia-based brokers offering CQG and local data flow exist: but can't use SC. Though the search continues.

- US based brokers: can use SC and CQG, but some part of data/trade flow goes via Chicago. Which is obvious chronically inefficient for a trader sitting in Asia, trading Asian markets.

Not complaints. They are my hurdles that I need to solve within the vendor freemarket that has SC as the platform backbone.
