Problems connecting AMP/TTnet demo account

Hi,

It frustrates me a lot, more than 2 hours and no connection. I received email from AMP with :
Your trial begins once you login to the system. Please keep the following information so you can access your username and password.

Username: Demoxxxxxxx
Password: xxxxxxxxx

OK, that's fine. I read your manual carefully as well but I didn't succeed in making the connection. What went wrong?

First question : which data services do I have to choose with this demo account because I read somewhere someone is using TT Fix. I am using AMP/TTnet.
I tried both, no connection.

I read everything on this page http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/AMPTTNet.php and I did.

On Sender Comp ID I use my username and of course password for both Price Feed and Orders.

I've tried server settings as mentioned in http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/AMPTTNet.php
I've tried also server settings localhost 7496. Not succeed............

Please help me.

The AMP TT server is not available over the weekend until Sunday evening.

The Service you need to select in Sierra Chart is AMP/TTnet.

Do you think so? I did but I am waiting now for 2 days for answer! They are only interested in new accounts. That's why I contact the SC forum.

Yes. Their server is returning an error when connecting to it. The log clearly shows the descriptive error being given.
