I am charting the FYTM20 spread and it charts. The values don't match my CQG platform. It might be my price format sittings.. though I have set to automatic, they still don't match
For example:
on my Sierra FYTM20 5 min chart, the high at 7:05 EST on 3/25 is 0'7
on my CQG platform (which is the right value since I have crossed checked this), the value is 0-01'7

As you know these are netchange values, they are not even close

It might be that I have to adjust the chart price format or something else in Sierra.. it needs to match. This is an exchange spread
If this is a CQG issue and will display correctly with TT feed, please also let me know
thanks

In Chart >> Chart Settings what is the Price Display Format set to now?

Adjust these settings appropriately in the Chart Settings:
Historical and Real-time Price Multiplier
Tick Size
Price Display Format

Ok I get that. I tried different ways but doesnt work. Please note this is a netchange DOM with not even numbers on every level. (please see screenshot of TT compared to the Sierra chart with CQG feed). The chart itself is the same but the Y axis just doesnt come close to match. Tick size and Price display format will not help since the DOM levels are not evenly distributed.

Can anyone who has this help if they are using Sierra or at least Sierra Engineering, can you confirm with the TT feed and set to Auto, the chart matches TT (then i will switch my feed to the more supported TT Fix feed)

Would really appreciate it
(note: I tried uploading some imgages but didnt come through or maybe it did)
