Could you please have a look at the attached photo i'm trying to get the heatmap on a different window as shown on the attached photo. Could you please tell me how to do it this way.

First, follow the instructions here to get the Market Depth Historical Graph on your chart:

Then set the input for Show Quantity Numbers to In Bars. Refer to the information here:

I have added it on step by step and even changed the study to show quantity in bars. However it is still not being placed in a separate window it attaches it self to the window i have already have open and i can only see it with candles not just the blocks and price moving from block to block.

Yes, that is correct. The study is added to the chart that you are viewing at that time. It does not put it in a separate chart/window. If you do not want the candles to display, then select Chart >> Graph Draw Type >> Blank.
