Lock Chartbooks and Limit Customer Access to other Studies

I have decided to start marketing aggressively and promote my brand/products more so than I have previously. As a result, I want to see if I can offer a VERY limited version of Sierrachart to my customers. I am wondering if there is a way to provide only the most basic of chart books (that I create) to my clients AND make those chart books so that the only thing they could do with the chart books is to draw Support and Resistance lines on them. Essentially locking the chart books so they can't manipulate them or change them in any way. And removing access to all other "studies". My number one issue is I have to help people "fix" the issues they create. So if I can limit their ability to access or change info that would be very beneficial. But if I can't limit their access to other information, is there a way to "LOCK" the chart book so that it can't be changed or manipulated in any way? Any suggestions would be appreciated. We have given this some thought, the problem is, what you are looking for does take a substantial development effort and with as busy as we are and so many things ahead of this (years of work), it is not something we could do anytime soon. And that would mean at least for the rest of the year.

Hi The limited access to chartbook is very important to me as well. as I have developed lots of important strategy includin auto trade And its definitely very useful if this function is available |

+1!! I also think that adding a feature to lock the chart book is essential for the professional handling of custom studies. An enormous amount of effort and time are being wasted by people who forced to "fix" problems created by amateurs. Support, please consider adding this feature. |
