Unable to place trades in the sim replay

Hello,

Normally I can replay a session and trade in sim no problem. Today, for some reason I can't. I've got the newest version of the software. I've deleted all past sim activity for the symbol. I've got the Chart Trade Mode on as usual. Where else can I look to troubleshoot?

I'm including the messages from the Trade Service Log, hoping you'll be able to detect where the problem is. If there's more info I can send, please let me know.

There is nothing in that Trade Service Log which helps us with this.

Today, for some reason I can't.

When I replay a session, and I execute trades in sim, the chart is not showing any orders fill, despite having the Chart Trade Mode on and Show Order Fills and Show Orders and Positions being checked. I can trade in my live account fine.

Basically I can't practice trading during the sim replay.

I've been looking to see if there was an order left on from a previous sim replay, but I've cleared the trade log multiple times.

This is a brand new problem, that didn't happen until Friday.

The problem is only happening with ES. I can trade in sim just fine with other instruments.

One possible clue is that in the Trade Activity Log, I cannot find the ESM0-CME contract under the list of contracts traded.
I actually use the ESM0-CME chart to trade off of the MESM0-CME. In the past, when I traded off of ESH0-CME/MESH0-CME I did so easily in my live account and sim replays.
Currently, there is no ESM0-CME contract under the list of symbols traded, neither live nor sim.

I wonder if the rollover has anything to do with the chart not accepting my orders in sim.

In any event, I have deleted all data and downloaded it again several times. I have cleared all trades in sim for my account, and still the chart doesn't execute orders in sim.
My charts all show and use the current ESM0-CME contract.

Rithmic is my data provider.

What else can I tell you or send to figure out what the problem is and how to solve it?

We want you to disconnect from the data feed with File >> Disconnect

After that select Global Settings >> Convert Trade Activity Format.

And then when you start the replay be sure to clear the trading data for the Symbol and Trade Account.

The symbol being traded will be MESM0-CME and the trading activity will only be under that particular symbol.

Not the symbol of the chart. There have been some changes with this recently and this is how it works in the newer versions.
