Dear Support Team, I have a problem with the connectivity to Rithmic. The message is: "Rithmic bridge needs installing".This problem is new. The current sierra chart version is installed. How can I solve this problem? Thanks. |

Re-install the current version but on the Installation Window be sure to select the option for Install Optional Components.
