Crosshair Control Button

I downloaded the current version today to make sure I was up to date. After doing so the Crosshair button on the control bar was gone. I have looked high and low but cannot seem to find a way to get another crosshair control button on the control bar. I can get a crosshair when I right click but I find it more expedient to have a button on the control bar.

The button is still there, it just has a label now (Chart Val) instead of an image.
