Trade activity out of sync

Hi,

I have some issues with the trade activity.

Since I traded 2 days ago, the trades that are recorded on the trade activity are completely wrong. It looks like I always have 1 open order and the closing price of the previous order is the buying price of the current order. So all the profits are out of whack. I have crazy numbers all over the place.
I tried spamming the "Flatten and cancel" button but it doesn't work.

Regarding the quantity, it says that I have 2 open quantity but I'm only trading 1 lot.
The issue occured when trading a very volatile market.

Could you please assist me on that?

Hi!

Thanks for the fast reply.

I already tried changing the order fills date and time but nothing happens.

Should I edit the trade activity manually? It's gonna take a while because I placed at least 20 orders since yesterday and they are all out of sync.

What would you recommend?

As long as you have all of the order fills and the Order Fills Start Date-Time is correct in the chart , then you definitely should be fine. No need to edit the fields.

Also update to the latest prerelease:
Software Download: Fast Update

In the new version make sure this option is enabled for charts that are not reporting correct trading statistics and profit/loss values:
Chart Settings: Filter Initial Fills Which Are Part of Existing Position (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

Also refer to this setting:
Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

After trying a bunch of settings, it still didn't work.

So I ended up deleting all the entries from the trade activity log and now everything works fine.

I had same issue Today
The reason it happened was that in the night, IB workstation got restarted and during that time Sierra attended position close which was not filled in reality but in Trading Acivity it was.

I dealed with it in the same way - deleted entries...
