Problems with Bitmex to trade in LIVE: Access Denied

Hi! I have issues with my conection in order to trading in live through BitMex. All trades in demo work really well, but when I want to set up a trade in live, an error comes through:

New order rejected - BitMex Trading Direct error: Access Denied. Internal Order ID: 9361. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol; XBTUSD-BMEX. Account: 1408616 / 2020-03-17 09:21:58.161*

What should I do? Which is the problem?

The "Access Denied" message is from BitMex. You need to ask them about this. We do not know the answer.
