DOM not receiving data

Hello,

I have not been able to use my DOM, when I pull it up for any symbol there is no data coming through(no live bid/offers). It seems like all of my charts are working fine it is just the DOM.
I really appreciate your assistance with this and look forward to trading soon.

Can you please include a screen shot of the DOM showing us what you are seeing. Follow these intructions:

Also, for that same chart, go to File >> Open Market Depth Window and let us know how many levels of depth you see in that window.
