Support Team,

Please correct an issue with Global Profit/Loss Management, specifically Daily Net Loss Management.

The Flatten Positions When Loss Rules Met option will flatten Attached Orders. However, this option will not flatten the Parent Order.

Please correct this issue.

I am unsure if Daily Net Profit Management functions as designed. I have not utilized this option.

Also if you chart in the DOM e.g. ES with the trade only symbol MES, the PNL for this is wrong as it is deducted from ES instead of the traded MES.

In regards to post #1 there could not be a problem with this. The Trade Positions are flattened for a particular Trade Account and all working orders are canceled. There definitely could not be a problem with this.

And we also do not understand the concept Flatten an Order. This is not correct terminology.

Also if you chart in the DOM e.g. ES with the trade only symbol MES, the PNL for this is wrong as it is deducted from ES instead of the traded MES.

Support Team,

There is definitely a problem with Global Profit/Loss Management - Daily Loss Management.

I have been able to repeat this malfunction. I pondered the issue before I contacted you.

Global Profit/Loss Management cancels the Attached Orders and does not flatten the Active Parent Position.

As written in my original post, this malfunction pertains to Daily Net Loss Management.

There is no necessity I utilize this option.

I posted this information to help resolve what is now a known issue.

It does not make sense there is any malfunction. That is exceptionally unlikely.

The problem is likely due to risk-management settings on your trade account from your broker. This is explained here as well as the solution:

I selected the option "Hold Market Order Until Pending Cancel Orders are Confirmed."

This option did not rectify the problem.

Global Profit/Loss Management did not flatten the Parent Position when Daily Net Loss Management - Flatten Positions When Loss Rules Met is selected. The system only canceled the Attached Orders.

We definitely cannot reproduce this. It only seems logical the market order is getting rejected.

We need you to provide the information requested here:

There is no cost for this.
