Hello,

I am changing the tick value on my charts from decimals to fractions for the Five year Note (ZF in Rithmic data symbols).

Following your instructions, I do not see where the "Uncheck Overwrite Existing Settingsā€¦" is in the Symbol List under Global settings.
I am currently using version 2028 64 bit.

What do I need to do to save the new settings on the server so my orders are communicated correctly?

Below I have copied the instructions I found.

Also, I would like to confirm that the 1/32 setting works also for the Five Year tick size.

Thanks in advance.

In the case where you want to use a different Price Display Format or Tick Size for a particular symbol from the default, and use these new settings for new charts, existing charts and Quote Boards, then follow the steps below.
Select Global Settings >> Symbol Settings.
Locate the symbol in the list of symbols. Select the symbol in the list.
Modify the Price Display Format and the Tick Size to what you require.
Repeat the previous two steps for any symbols that you require.
Uncheck Overwrite Existing Settings Would Automatically Updating from Server , otherwise the changes you make will be overwritten the next time symbol settings are requested from the server.
Press OK.
For new charts that you open for the symbol, the Price Display Format and the Tick Size will be set according to the new settings.
In the case of existing charts, you will need to go to each one and select Chart >> Chart Settings and press the Apply Global Symbol Settings button to set into the chart the new Price Display Format and the Tick Size that you have set.
The price formatting for prices in Quote Boards will automatically be changed.

The first thing we need you to do is to update to the latest release. There is a technical notice about this when you start Sierra Chart. The version you are running does not support the the new price formatting released for bond contracts.

Refer to these version notes:

Also, I would like to confirm that the 1/32 setting works also for the Five Year tick size.
No there is a new price format setting and that is automatically set for the chart.
