I am currently using version 2052 and trying to do an update but receiving the following error message :

Async HTTP caught an unhandled exception from the owner OnAsyncHTTP2RequestFinished. | 2020-03-11 09:49:26.038 *

Well the first thing we want you to do is to update to the latest prerelease.

Well this is what happens when I try to update Current Release OR Pre Release

I manually executed the c:\SierraChart\SierraChartFileDownloader.exe and now I was able to do the update.

Now If I go to "help/Download PreRelease" it works. Before that manual thing it didn't do anything except those error messages.

I think problem is now solved. No more errors in Message Log.

In regards to post #3, yes we understand, that is why we gave you a link to the page where you can directly access the installer outside of Sierra Chart.
