Problem with Trade DOM Setting Recent Bid/Ask Best Bid/Ask Background

Hi I appear to be having trouble with the following settings: "- Trade DOM Recent Bid Best Bid Background - Trade DOM Recent Ask Best Ask Background" As per the picture "Capture 1" I enable it on the graphics settings of my Trade DOM in a white colour. However it only works when there are existing numbers in the recent bid/ask column. So in Capture 1 you can see there is no white box showing where it should be. In Capture 2 as soon as there is a number in that recent bid column (23) it turns white. This seems to be happening on all my DOMs. The best bid and ask are only highlighted (in white) in Recent bid/ask boxes that have numbers. So for example if i clear recent bid/ask volume the white boxes disappear until new bid/ask numbers populate them. Is it a setting? Thanks

Yes, we are looking into this. We see why it is happening, but do not have a solution yet. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

We have this issue resolved, so the background will now show even if there is no data at that level yet. This will be in the next Pre-Release (v 2066). Thanks for resolving this so quickly. Appreciate it. Will the previously highlighted issue with the ZN on the DOM (correct prices not showing) that was flagged in the technical notices section also be resolved in this new pre-release? I ask because the previous advice to me was to only use the current version and not the pre-release. Thanks

The Pre-Release will always have what has been fixed in the Current Release along with some additional improvements. Therefore the pricing issue is resolved in both versions.
