I recently updated to 2057 then 2060, but since i have done this the user studies are now missing, any ideas how i get them back?

try this: Run the Sierra Chart installer again with Help >> Download Current Version and enable the "Install Optional Components" to get this file installed.

Can I ask exactly what the "optional components" are and whether unchecking the "optional components" on the next update reverts to the "clean" version? Many thanks. |
