Under the service settings, should I have mine set to Interactive brokers or SC Futures order routing data. I have Denali data, but on my control panel it says only one out of two services is currently being used. can you help me out please.

You do not have a TT trading account assigned to your Sierra Chart account so you would not be using the SC Futures Order Routing/Data service.
