Sierra chart will not connect.

I have had this problem before usually during rollover. Now I cannot get in at all. When I close down overnight it always took me forever to log back on.
I think I need to start over. I want to delete all and start from scratch. I printed Getting Started, Opening Charts and Basic Trading. Nothing works.
What should I do?

The problem is you are not running the up-to-date version of Trader Workstation. Install it using this installer:

I will keep trying. I was told by IB yesterday that I had the latest version installed.
I guess I was talking to the wrong guy. Thanks.
