Hello, just starting with Sierra...

When I open GC, ES, CL, NG and NQ symbols on the historial chart, the last daily bar of all symbols are huge and out of scale. The forex symbols are Ok.

How can I fix that?

Thanks!

Perform an "Update" of the Symbol Settings as documented here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings

After this reopen these Historical Daily charts through File >> Find Symbol. They should be fine.

Not sure if this matters, but update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

And as a test, open a new Historical Daily chart for one of those symbols and see if the problem is solved.

Also didnt solve.

Could it be a symbol problem?

I´m opening, for example, 6E.CME_20140300_6EH4.CME_Fo

We think we know what the problem might be. You are with Top Step Trader.

Go to Chart >> Chart Settings. What is the Symbol of the chart set to? Is it different than 6E.CME_20140300_6EH4.CME_Fo?

Also, for example, the CL symbol is currently at 91.92. The daily bars are on 9200.00 area and only the last daily bar is on the right price.

We have to think about how to solve this problem. It relates to Top Step Trader and using CTS T4. We cannot provide an immediate solution unless you switch to a paid Sierra Chart account.

Actually, there is an easy solution to this. Go to Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2.

Set the Historical Price Multiplier to the same value as the Real-time Price Multiplier.

The only problem is you need to manually do this for each chart.
