AMP/TTNet Package 3 missing feature

Hi, I am using Sierrachart through AMP. As advertised the platform should be configured to use Package 3 features but in reality is missing the SC Real-Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service. When I try to select and connect to the SC Forex Data (FXCM) it gives me a log message of: "Your current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' to change your package. | 2014-01-08 15:27:57" Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to be able to use this feature from Package 3? Thank you for your help |

I believe it is a special package from TT that does not support that. I may be wrong, but it is the same for me. shane |
