program keeps freezing up

My program takes forever to boot up. This just started the beginning of week. I keep getting Historical Download complete and then a few minutes later I get message waiting to download historical data. I have very limited amount of intraday data and on version 2061. I have tried going back to older version but no luck. I go thru TransAct Futures. I have also started in safe mode and when I load the charts, even tho my studies are there the do not show up. Aghhhh! Help

Are you actually noticing the user interface of Sierra Chart freezing and becoming inoperable at times? Or just a long time with historical data downloading.
