feeds stops for 3-5 seconds multiple times during the day

Hi, I'm using CQG with the Denali Feed (cme bundle, no market depth).

today, my feed stopped updating the price for around 3-5 seconds and then resumed. this happened 3 times today and it also happened once yesterday.

when this happened today, i immediately checked the trading service (CQG) connection status but it was connected just fine and there were no messages i could view on the message log or trading service log. i also checked my internet connection but i could access websites via browser just fine so it's probably not an internet connection issue either. if my internet had dropped, my connection to CQG trading service would have also dropped and would have shown on log but that's not the case.

i have "Use low bandwidth for DTC real-time data" checked and my chart update interval is set to 50. since it seems like there aren't others who are posting about the same problem on this support board, i think there must be a problem with my settings.

also, this problem only started once i started using CQG + Denali feed since 2 days ago.

when i was using Rithmic + Denali feed before, i never experienced this issue.

If you have not restarted Sierra Chart, you could post your Message Log and we can see what server you were connected to at the time and see if we can determine anything from that.

i'm currently trading in the US, west coast.

unfortunately, i closed Sierrachart after market close but i will make sure to post my Message Log if this happens again during tomorrow's trading session (friday).
