I am trying to place a buy order so price triggers at my entry price under the current price. I tried a buy stop and a buy limit. Both give this error. --SC Futures Order Routing/Data order update (Order reject). Info: TT order update (Rejected). Text: Exceeds credit limits | SenderSubID: **. Internal Order ID: 2921. Contact your broker and give them that error message and they will help you with this.

I am not sure if it is my broker. I am able to place a sell limit or buy limit from the trade window attached on the screen. It does not allow me to do it on the actual chart when chart trade mode is enabled. It is the same kind of order but it only is allowed to happen from the chart trade window?

This error is definitely a limit placed on the trading account by the clearing firm. Is there any difference with the order quantity? Enable the order confirmations and check the quantity of the order.
