Billing for Denali data and Exchange Fees

Last month was my first full month with the Denali charting data. The data is very good but I have a question about the Exchange fees. Last month I was billed the $25 Denali fee and a data exchange fee of $3.25. Yesterday (March 1st) I was billed for the $25 data fee and the $3.25 Exchange fee. I was also billed $5.25 twice for Exchange fees. Can you explain why I was billed $5.25 twice on this months bill please?

You have three different exchange fees active on your account. This is unnecessary. We will cancel the ones you do not need.

Correct...I do not need market depth data. I need real time data for ES, YM and NQ only. I don't know how those un-needed exchanges ended up on my account. Can you also credit my account back for those two charges.
