Trading DOM Centering Issue

After reading Documentation, I am unable to find a solution to the problem of the DOM auto-centering on the last price (this is correct per my settings), then within seconds, re-centering MUCH higher between a seemingly arbitrary Ask and Bid Background. The screenshot below happened to catch the DOM centering on this Ask and Bid Background region (this is the same color area as set within Graphic Settings - Global -> Trade Dom Ask Background and Trade Dom Bid Background). The DOM is behaving as though the resting state of the bid ask is about 10 points higher... very strange. Please help! Thank you! http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1583130888624.png |

This really does not make sense. We have not seen this before. We want you to go to Window >> Current Quote Window to see the bid and ask prices and when you see this again provide an image again, showing the Current Quote Window with the Trading DOM active so we can see what the bid and ask prices are at the time.
