How to change background for calculated values

Study = Numbers bars calculated values You can see in the screenshot that the 'AskV%' setting background does not change according to the percentage. I can get the text to change colour but not the background. I would like to change that background to red when it is less than 50% and green when it is over 50%. I have attached my current settings.
