instead of regular volume bars at the bottom of the chart, is it possible to have separate bid/ask volume bars side by side for each time frame?

slightly related question - ive been trying to figure out two things

1. how to get the volume to overlap the main price graph but scaled the same as the volume bars are when they are in their own subgraph. when i put the volume on subgraph 1, the volume bars are massive and stretch through the top of the chart. i know this is possible with the scale options but i think i just need some assistance. thanks

2. for a separate chart, i'd like the volume bars to be above the main price subgraph. i've tried switching the main price graph to subgrraph 2, and volume to subgraph 1, but that didnt seem to work. i know its probably possible, but again i think i just need some assitance.

thanks for your time!

The recommended way to do this is to use this study which will display them up and down:
Bid Volume vs Ask Volume

1. If you really want to have the Volume in the same region as the Main Price Graph, then you would just need to change the scale for the Volume to Independent. Refer to the information here for how to change the scale of a study:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Opening the Scale Settings Window For a Study

2. To move the Main Price Graph to a different region, refer to this setting:
Chart Settings: Chart Region (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Regions >> Chart Region menu)

We saw no problem with this configuration that you described:
