A while back I remember support saying that you would possibly be offering historical bid/ask or midpoint data to your data service. I'm curious if this is still in the works, and if so, if there is an estimated time of completion?

I also remember support saying you would eventually be phasing out all data feeds other than Sierra Chart. Any idea of how long support for other data feeds will last? Thanks

This data is already available at the time of trades but there is not recording of bid/ask data at other times other than through the market depth data recording. But that data is not used to build chart bars. There is nothing else planned.

We do not know where you got the idea that we are phasing out all other data feeds. We have slowly been removing support for the data feeds that are troublesome for us to continue to support, especially when they only make our software appear to be the root of a problem, when the reality is quite different. There are messages set to Sticky on the Support Board that talks about the various support decisions and where support has been discontinued.
