I rolled over the cl contract this evening from clh20 to clj20. After doing so I am finding that no data from Sunday evening forward is being displaced on the intraday charts. Also, on the daily chart data from 2/16/20 and 2/17/20 is displayed as 2/18/20. The bar before that is 2/14/20. When I rollover I am using the volume based back adjusted option. If I switch this to the none option then the data is displayed correctly. I have tried deleting and reloading the data and nothing seems to correct the problem. I am following the same procedure for contract rollover that I have years now without problems. Thanks for your help.

Same issue here on CL and also HO. Strangely RBJ20 displays correctly without having to switch to "none" in rollover option. |

Same here, issue with CLEJ20 (april 2020 contract) rollover on market profile chart. CQG data feed

We have contacted our data provider about this. It is an incorrect date, in the current EOD data for these symbols. We expect they will resolve it later in the morning. Actually we think the problem is because today is a holiday. And the markets close early so there is no daily EOD data for today but instead for tomorrow, February 18.

Will CL's April contract be available for Asian/European Session trading on Tuesday, or possibly Wednesday?

I will wait and fully evaluate this matter later today but the explanation seems at odds with the observation by user Marmany (from aove) that this issue is not observed with the RBJ20 contract. I tested it and found the same thing. The RBj20 continuous contract (volume based back adjusted) displays the data correctly. Its odd to me since both are Nymex products (should be irrelevant to the exchange).

Someone posted in this thread about chart data loading times, do not post anything further about that. There are no changes. Loading times remain identical. Whatever issue you are having is system specific. Once again do not post further information. You are posting information about your own system. These kinds of posts will be hidden or deleted by us.
