This Student downloaded Charts with the instructions for downloading on a Mac from your tech support. When Student goes to open the Chart Book and Foresight Trading File it comes up as a sample with the Sierra Charting package. Why is this happening and can you help me fix it.

The problem is that you need to add this particular user to the list of users which have access to your custom studies.
