Hi, I am unable to load the intraday 5 mins data for SPI-202003-SNFE-AUD-25 | March 2020 It only starts from current date and time. I have checked all chart settings. I am using interactive brokers. The date range in file 'start date' keeps reverting back to 14th Feb 2020 even though I have set 30 days worth of data to load. Can you please help? thanks Vishal http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1581653652953.png |

This is not within the scope of our support. You need to contact Interactive Brokers. Our policy on this is very clear: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Notice: Sierra Chart Does Not Provide Support for Interactive Brokers Symbols or Data Issues We are doing our best to offer a data feed for the ASX which you can use instead of the Interactive Brokers data feed. We hope to have this out in a few months. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Ok I spoke with IB. They are saying I need live market data subscription for this. My understanding was that you will still get the data but it will be just 20 minutes delayed. However looks like I need live market data subscription for ASX. So I will try that. Thanks |
