There are no symbols listed at all when I click on 'find symbols' or try to switch symbols under chart settings. Any ideas on why this is happening?

This issue is now resolved. If you are missing symbols in File >> Find Symbol follow the procedure below: Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
