I am new to Sierra and pack 5 and the account is working fine. However, I have not been able to setup the charts the way I want after reading all the documentation which is confusing as a new user. It is mainly the options and appearance of using Numbers and DOM. Can I pay for a service call to have someone login to help make some basic changes and ask a few questions? 15 minutes on a call with an expert would save me hours trying to figure it out on my own.
