[Programming Help] - time alert & chart drawing alert work, symbol alert doesnt

please help after a clean windows and sierra chart installation, all default settings time alert and chart drawing alert are working as intended but not symbol alert this is the simple "right click > add symbol alert" ive tried on 8 different symbols, 30+ attempts, above the high and below the low of current candlestick, they just dont trigger unlike the other 2. no sound, no pop up, nothing. also made sure it was "Comparison Precision: 0.01" having read "Alert Manager" help page before posting this, i dont know what else i could try Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-02-10 13:35:20
