Connecting to funded account at beginning of month

Hi SC support,

I hope you're all well; I'm loving the software. I am not going to be able to connect to my funded account in the beginning of March because I'll be away from my computer until around March 9. If I recall correctly, in order to get the discounted non-professional exchanges fees I have to connect to my funded account within the first few days of the month. What can I do to avoid any penalties for not doing so?
