Is there a way, in the Trade Activity Log window's TradeActivity tab, to see the history of when an order was cancelled and replaced?

Yes of course. From a chart when in trade simulation mode, simply submit some orders and modify them, and all of the activity is clearly there.

Ah hah! Once I set the upper left dropdown on Trade Activity Log to "All Activity" instead of "Fills", now I see everything. Thank you!
