Hi, for the past 4 months I've been using Sierra Charts alongside my CQG data plan with Doorman Trading. Today however, I keep getting a message that says (Trader is not enabled to use FIX connection) and it refuses to load up. How do I go about fixing this issue So my charts can show up in real-time?

As has been said for at least two months now, CQG FIX support has been discontinued. You have been getting this message upon startup of Sierra Chart:
Due to the additional entitlements, related cost, confusion by having a second entitlement for Sierra Chart to use CQG, and the added effort to support a second connectivity method to CQG, the CQG FIX connectivity method is being discontinued effective December 31, 2019 and being replaced with the CQG Web API connectivity method. When updating to the current version of Sierra Chart, you will automatically start using the CQG Web API instead. This change is being made in cooperation with CQG.

Update Sierra Chart to the current version and contact your broker if necessary to allow your CQG account to use the CQG Web API for Sierra Chart. Instructions:
