I have open an AMP Clearing Futures account and setup my Trading Package with them as Sierra Chart with TT Fix data and trade. Sierra Chart sent me and account number and login credentials. Login logs in but no Data / Trading platforms are available. I put in the and requested a TT FIX but still cannot connect to the trading package

Based on the instructions from your Account Support Ticket, we have reached out to AMP to have them set-up the SC TT Order Routing Collaboration (TTFIX), we would expect them to get this done first thing tomorrow morning.

In the same Account Support Ticket we have also provided you a path for setting up Real Time Data.

Also, should it be necessary, we can give you a call and speak about the set-up, etc. Thank you
