My Data Feed Has Stopped!?!?!?!

Midway through the day today, my charts stopped loading live data around 12:00 pm CT. I activated and have paid for live data this month here in Feb (it worked this morning). Has anyone else had this problem? I need my charts and my live data! PLEASE HELP

The problem is you have another computer connected to the data feed. We are going to set you up with our other data feed which allows two connections by default.

The first thing we need you to do is to complete the agreements here:

I have completed the first agreement re: Uniform Market Data Subscriber Agreement. I have not however completed the agreement "CME Non Professional Certification" as I am a professional. Per our discussion, on the phone, can you reinstate the data feed please? Thank you.

You also need to complete the "CME Non Professional Certification" which will certify you as a Professional. Just enter your name and select the "No" button.

We have gotten you switched over. You will now be getting data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and you can have 2 connections at the same time.

We have activated the CME For Professionals and the NYMEX for Professionals Exchanges. If you want to make any changes, you can do so here:

To be certain that the changeover is done on your end, be sure to select File >> Disconnect, then File >> Connect to Data Feed.
