my SC is now showing the es trading 3239, on my cme direct it is trading 5 pts lower. I took a photo. I HAVE RESTARTED MULTIPLE TIMES, MY BALANCE IS IN CREDIT, THERE IS SOMETHING TERRIBLY WRONG. I NEED ASSISTANCE NOW

We did answer your ticket about this. There was an insufficient balance to pay for the data feed. Are you just trading the ES and the micro version of this? We need to know to see what services to activate.

i now have added YET MORE money and tried to activate the danaelli emini option and it will not allow it even tho I have 50 in credit. what is god's name is going on withthis? what more do I have to do????? I cannot trade without charts and I am getting extremely annoyed. You have money in account why is not allowing me to take the danelli?

what time are you there, obviously EU trading hours are not covered by anyone in support. Is that correct?

YES I AM ONLY TRADING THE MICRO VERSION OF THE ES AND SOMETIMES THE NQ. THAT IS ALL. NOW PLEASE CAN YOU TURN ON THE BLOODY THING AND LET ME KNOW HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO COVER THE MICRO ONLY AND HAVE A BALANCE FOR THE TRADE FEES.

I would kiss you if you were here...thank you. I need to get this sorted going forward so we don't have this happen again. But just to double check IF I am only trading the micros I only need to have the $45 fee(or whatever it is) and not the $115. Is that correct? Thank you!!!!

Yes that is correct. It is 42 USD per month for the exchange fee effective next month.

ok, now finally did this trade occur this morning or did it not?

I rang the cme, they said it did not, but the price was there when I traded it, but was my acct disable. Is this a valid trade?
