This should be automatic either I have the wrong symbol or the issue is on your end. I'm using the SC DTS. FWIW worth option quotes posted simply and accurately.

I found the correct symbol. s/b ngh20-ngj20 very similar but the above incorrect I think is a one month strip not a spread.

Ok, but we do see a problem where the Price Display Format is not set correctly. It needs to be increased to another additional decimal place. We will resolve this.

If you wish to be technically correct I understand but the last digit is meaningless and its confusing because the minimum tick just increases by 10 with it. Both CME in CME Direct snd CQG provide an adjustment to eliminate it. Both with the spreads and the LN option quotes

More importantly is there away to get my current positions to populate in a quote board or a quote spreadsheet while using the SC DTS for NON-trading purposes ONLY.

More issues with the proper resolution of NG Option quotes. Simply insert a NG March option near the money say the 190 strike in Both a quote Board(correct Prioe) and a quote spread sheet with the same symbol( only zero's populate for the pricing columns

Regarding post #9, we do not see any problem with those options.

I cannot find SC DTS symbols for trading at settlement. This is critical the CQG symbols begin with the contract(NG) than the product symbol(T) and lastly the month and year(H)(20) something like NGTH20

in regards to your response. This overly time consuming the issue is with the quote spread sheet(see below) not quote board.

Hmm since the Energy markets are closed it's difficult to be sure but the symbol NGTH20 has the correct format for the exchange Trading at settlement DOM trader Format. Meaning the contract is limited to plus 10 and minus 10 range which is indicated on SC Dom.

Well no luck with typing the symbol NGTH20 (TAS)in any of the Quote windows or Dom trader. Attached is the CQG DOM. If this helps please respond as TAS trading is critical for the last 15minutes of the day.

Awesome but just to review it isn't just NG but NYMEX symbols in general. Also Perhaps you could download CME Direct and look their symbol look up tables very similar but slightly more user friendly

We will make sure all of the TAS symbols are added for the Nymex contracts.

Also we have the problem resolved with the Quote Spreadsheets and value formatting for some symbols. That will be out in the next release.

Yes, we did set up the symbols for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service.

We could also set them up for SC Data-All Services but only Intraday data.
