Question about SC Real-Time Historical Exchange Data Feed and SC web-based trading panel

Background info:
in order to get $VIX real-time data access, recently did the following with your help via a different support board post...

*canceled Denali exchange data setup thru AMP, my affiliate initially to SC
*then setup in SC via my AMP-provided login new access to SC package 5, SC Real-Time Exchange Data, CME group, & CBOE indices
*my SC account details now show the SC Real-Time Exchange Data running on the 14 day trial... I plan to renew when trial expires
*my SC account details show "User has a verified trading account.... A Live TT Trading account is assigned." and shows trading service as "tt_order_routing.dtc.trading"
*Looks like my SC software shows "SC Futures/Order Routing Data [trading]" when I look at my data/trade service settings.

I want to be able to use the SC web-based trading panel if warranted in the future, but when I go to that Trade Account Data and Order Entry page of my SC account, it says "the feature is not enabled on my account"

Do I need to do something different to get the SC web-based trading panel access?
