Hi, I am having a problem after I downloaded a multiple copies of sierra chats on my computer using the set up recommended on your web site. I have created separate folder for each copy as recommend. I only have one brokerage account with AMP future, and I am using CQG WebAPI. I ran into a service connection error as follows: “connection error message from service CQG WebAPI Received logged off message. Reason: Your session was closed due to a concurrent session” I am not quite sure what I did wrong here? I thought I can run multiple copies or instance of sierra chats on my computer. I have six screens monitors, and my Chartbook was large. I was getting frozen out and not responding message. I had to rebuilt it twice. When I investigated the problem, I saw that you guy recommends running different copies or instance of sierra charts. Can you please help? Do I need to contact AMP? So far, I have created 4 copies of Sierra Charts on my computer.
Thank you,
Aly

The way you will accomplish this is according to the documentation here:
Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance

Only the main primary instance of Sierra Chart will be connected to CQG. All of the others will connect into the DTC Server of that main/primary instance.
