I can't connect to Bitmex, have reviewed some of the similar problems, mine seems different. Here is an excerpt of the log uploaded. Cheers Steve

hi - I can't connect to download the historical data - is this a common problem? Do I have to download the rest of the stuff first? All the best

If you just want BitMex historical data, then do not connect directly to BitMex. Instead set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data-All Services.
