My TPO Charts disappeared

Transact is my broker so I have been using version 1941 until yesterday. I updated to version 2040. All of my charts seem ok except I seem to have lost my TPO charts. I tried to set them up again following the documentation on this website but nothing shows up on the chart, not even the scale. Can you please assist me with this issue?

We need you to login to this support board using your active Sierra Chart account (most likely it is the one given to you by TransAct). The one you posted with is Expired. There is some information we can get when we have the proper account.

You can ensure you are logged into the correct account by going to the Sierra Chart software and selecting Help >> Support Board. Post again to this ticket when are logged in with the proper account.

I am logged in with my correct account now. It seems that I am only on package 3 but I was on package 5 before Transact switched to their new AT charts. That seems to be why I can't access the volume profile or TPO charts. But that only happened after I updated to 2040. Can my account be updated to package 5?
