Hello, I currently have the Denali pkg w/Amp Clearing. I'm trying to create a footprint chart w heatmap from the Tradepro Academy website. I'm getting a message that my current pkg doesn't support my request. ??
Also, it seems I've been over paying you for a while. A support person told me I was being billed twice for the same service, once through Amp and again through you. Any chance of a credit or reimbursment ?
Please respond when you can.

First, in order to access the Numbers Bars and Market Depth Historical Graph, you would need Package 5 of Sierra Chart. Right now you are on Package 3. Refer to the information here for the differences between the packages:

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

Second, in terms of payments - the account that you posted this message from is paid for directly to Sierra Chart. You are not paying for any of the services through AMP.

It looks like you may also have an account that was setup through AMP. Check with AMP to see if this is indeed the case.

If you do have both accounts, then the easiest thing to do is to continue with the account that you have been logging into Sierra Chart with.
