CrossHair doesn't move in rounded to tick size

Hello SC Team - I have a chart where the cross hair doesn't move rounded to tick size. However for the new charts, it moves correctly. Don't know how to adjust this for an existing chart. Unable to figure it out some how. Would you please help? thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-01-04 18:47:23

Thanks Ganz. However I currently have this checked "Adjust Tool Values to Tick Size" as well as the Ticksize is correctly set for the chart. I have inspected this further and apparently the "horizontal" space between candles was causing this issue rather than settings. Based on the text from the following link, this was supposed to happen for Vertical scale and not horizontal space. Somehow it's working otherway ( or my interpretation could be incorrect).
