I have tried to load a intraday continuous ES futures contract from April 2013 till today, and, for some reason, the June-November 2013 data is missing... After 13 June the next day is 13 December on the chart. I have tried to change the contract months: March14, December13, September13 - nothing helped, as for these months I cannot get any historical intraday data at all... How can I fix this issue?

Not sure this is necessary but update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease. Go to this chart that you are referring to and then select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
